June’s massage treatment is an important part of my recovery after game day. I can push harder knowing that there is a plan to be back at my peak much sooner because of her treatments.
I added massage as part of my training as a way to increase flexibility. June’s techniques include a unique blend of stretching that has improved my performance.
Strains and sprains are part of Hockey. June makes recovery from workouts and injuries much faster. Because each session is customized I can have her focus on, or avoid, a problem area.
Stretching is one of my least favorite parts of a workout, but June has made it much more bearable. Because she loosens the tension in my muscles with massage prior to a stretching session, I have become more flexible and the stretching is far more effective.
When you train hard the gains you can achieve are often limited by muscle pains that follow. June has helped reduce my post workout recovery allowing me to work out more and harder than my competition.
